Ann graduated with a BS in Accounting from The Ohio State University. Prior to pursuing real estate, she worked in public accounting at Deloitte and Ernst & Young for seven years. A leader in her community she is often tapped to chair fundraising events as well as serving as Treasurer on various local boards. Since moving to Florida she has become involved with the Palm Beach County Food Bank, Impact of the Palm Beaches and Junior League of the Palm Beaches, as well as volunteering in children-based initiatives.
In twenty years, Ann’s family has moved 6 times to 5 states including OH, CT, MA, VA and now South Florida. Her passion for real estate, renovation, staging and design developed with these moves. She has a keen eye for the potential of every home and her background of renovation and finance allows her to see the value of a purchase. She also owns investment properties in Sarasota, which were complete renovations, tripling the return on investment in just the first few years. This expertise allow her to provide clients with a clearer picture of potential and value. Having moved to different communities she understands the emotion involved and how to research the areas. She also knows how essential a knowledgeable realtor is in this situation and strives to provide the best service whether the client is relocating locally or from afar. She also loves playing tennis, golfing, watching Ohio State football, spending time with family and enjoying all the amenties south Florida has to offer.
